<title>Effect of rinses on microbial quality of commercially available eggs and its components before processing from Ilorin in western Nigeria</title>

<description>Effect of rinses on microbial quality of commercially available eggs and its components before processing from Ilorin in western Nigeria
Folorunsho, Olayemi; Charles, Adetunji
This study examined the effect of rinses on the microbial safety of whole egg and its components,&#13;
commonly consumed in the Ilorin west area, to unrinsed eggs. The microorganisms isolated during this&#13;
study include: Serratia spp., Providencia spp., Citrobacter spp., E. coli, Enterobacter spp., Klebsiella spp.,&#13;
while the fungus includes Cladosporium spp., Aspergillus fumigatus, A. niger, A. flavus, Penicillium spp.&#13;
and Mucor spp. From this study the rinsed eggs have the lowest amount of microbial load at 0.6 × 102&#13;
cfu/ml, which was less than the accepted 6.0 log10 CFU/ml recommended by the International&#13;
Commission on the Microbiological Specification for Food. Therefore, it is recommended that table eggs&#13;
should not be consumed raw.

<title>Temperature dependent electronic properties of bulk Aluminium system</title>

<description>Temperature dependent electronic properties of bulk Aluminium system
Köksal, Koray; Çelik, Fatih Ahmet; Koç, Fatih
We investigate the possibility of controlling the electronic structure of the bulk aluminium material by&#13;
given thermal energy to the system. As a bulk material, the structure and optical properties of the&#13;
aluminium are well known in the literature. Its thermal dependent structural change has also been&#13;
investigated many times. However, up to the best of our knowledge the relationship between the&#13;
electronic properties, mechanical structure and some phase transitions of the aluminium due to the&#13;
thermal energy pumping to the system has not been analyzed in detail. We show that the band structure&#13;
of aluminium is strongly dependent on the thermal energy obtained by the system and on the phase&#13;
transitions.

<title>The energy eigenvalues of the exponential cosine screened Coulomb potential with magnetic field</title>
<link>http://dspace.beu.edu.tr:8080/xmlui/handle/123456789/13768</link>
<description>The energy eigenvalues of the exponential cosine screened Coulomb potential with magnetic field
Aygün, Murat
In the present study, we examine two dimensional solution of the Schrödinger equation for the&#13;
exponential cosine screened Coulomb potential in a magnetic field. We apply the asymptotic iteration&#13;
method to obtain energy eigenvalues. Since this equation has no analytical solution, the energy&#13;
eigenvalues have been numerically obtained for different screening parameter, the Larmor frequency&#13;
and the strength coupling constant. Effect of the magnetic field on the energy eigenvalues is precisely&#13;
presented.
