By knowing the adaptability and resilience of a property to disasters, when housing costs are also taken into account, renters can reflect the restrictions of laws and regulations in their preferences, maximizing the benefit. In this study, it is the evaluation of the analysis whether tenants are willing to pay for the anti-seismic safety measures in the context of housing safety following the legal provisions contained in the anti-seismic legislation.
