A comprehensive study of 17F + 12C system at 60 MeV: cluster model, optical model and double folding model
Abstract
In the present study, we analyze the quasi-elastic scattering data of 17F + 12C reaction at 60 MeV using the
cluster model, the optical model and the double folding model. We compare the theoretical results
obtained for all the models with the experimental data. These comparison provide information about
the similarities and differences of the models used in calculations.

Application Of Enhanced Local Wave Number Technique To The Total Field Magnetic Anomalies For Computing Model Parameters Of Magnetized Geological Structures
Ekinci Levent, Yunus (2018)In this study, enhanced local wave number (ELWN) technique is presented to compute some model parameters of isolated and magnetized geological structures such as horizontal position (exact origin), depth and source geometry ... -
Novel machine learning techniques based hybrid models (LR-KNN-ANN and SVM) in prediction of dental fluorosis in groundwater
Atas, Musa; Yesilnacar, Mehmet Irfan; Yetis, Aysegul DemirStudies have shown that excessive intake of fluoride into human body from drinking water may cause fluorosis adversely affects teeth and bones. Fluoride in water is mostly of geological origin and the amounts depend highly ... -
WSFNet: An efficient wind speed forecasting model using channel attention-based densely connected convolutional neural network
Acikgoz, Hakan; Budak, Umit; Korkmaz, Deniz; Yildiz, Ceyhun (Pergamon-Elsevıer Scıence Ltd, 2021)This paper introduces a novel deep neural network (WSFNet) to efficiently forecast multi-step ahead wind speed. WSFNet forms the basis of the stacked convolutional neural network (CNN) with dense connections of different ...
