dc.description.abstractIn this study, İmpact of leadership features on work engagement were investigated on public and private sector employees. Whether the leader features effect the work engagement were intended to determine. In the research, quantitative research method was used, and the data were obtained by using face-to face survey technique and a total of 384 questionnaires were taken for the analysis of the data. According to the results of the research; The most preferred leadership characteristics of the employees in Düzce are: democratic and charismatic leadership characteristics. The most effective dimension in terms of engagement for work is vigor. Also, important findings have been reached about which leadership feature is more related to the dimension of the engagement for work.tr_TR
